Primary Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through email, live chat, and phone in a prompt and professional manner.
• Update and verify account information, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
• Document customer interactions, actions taken, and resolutions in the company tracking systems.
• Diagnose and resolve basic account and service issues; escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams when necessary.
• Follow company policies, scripts, and quality guidelines to deliver consistent support.
