Associate Program Manager State of Connecticut Judicial Branch Glastonbury The State of Connecticut Judicial Branch is seeking an Associate Program Manager for the Court Support Services Division, Juvenile Residential Services Unit (JRS). Candidates should have an understanding of Medicaid billing and QA requirements and be able to provide guidance around best practices for health care (physical health and mental health). This role will serve as the DSS/Medicaid liaison for JRS internally and with external stakeholders. The preferred candidate will have credentials in a mental health field. Salary Range: $104,235 - $138,288/year plus State of Connecticut benefits. New employees begin at the minimum. The starting salary for existing state employees may be higher than the minimum, in accordance with existing Judicial Branch policy. EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING General Experience: Eight years of professional experience in a broad range of professional unit functions. Substitutions Allowed: 1) College training may be substituted for the General Experience on the basis of fifteen (15) semester hours equaling one-half (1/2) year of experience to a maximum of four (4) years for a Bachelors degree. 2) A Masters degree in a related field or a law degree may be substituted for one (1) additional year of the General Experience.
