Job Title: Airfreight Spot Desk Pricing Lead DHL Global Forwarding (DGF) is a global leader in air, ocean, and customs brokerage services, connecting businesses to markets worldwide. We have an exciting opportunity for an Airfreight Spot Desk Pricing Lead who will be responsible for leading the execution, control, and optimization of spot pricing activities within the Air Freight product. This role ensures timely, competitive, and profitable pricing solutions for key customers while maintaining alignment with pricing guidelines and overall commercial strategy. This position leads a team of pricing analysts and serves as the primary escalation point for complex, high-value, and risk-sensitive pricing decisions, driving performance outcomes across margin, win rates, and service excellence.
