Location: Etowah, TN

Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour

Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shift schedule consisting of 2 days on (7 AM-7 PM), followed by 2 days off; then 3 nights on (7 PM-7 AM), followed by 3 days off.Must be able to work both day and night shifts as part of the rotation. Training will take place on the day shift.

Job Duties and Requirements:

• Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
• Requires you to stand on your feet all day in a hot environment or outside weather conditions
• Efficiently operating and /or learning the assigned area of the plant
• Accountable for housekeeping in the assigned area of responsibility
• Perform minor maintenance in the area of responsibility
• Participate in regular training for EHS, Quality, and SOP updates
• Must maintain high quality and operate within the scope of the quality management system
• Pick products, pack boxes, and stack them up right.
• Double-check accuracy. Keep it tight, keep it moving.
• Stay active. This is a hands-on gig.
• Be part of a warehouse team that runs like a machine (with more laughs).
