As an Electrical Maintenance Technician based at our Two Harbors, MN facility, you will play a critical role in maintaining the reliability, safety, and efficiency of our production and facility operations. This is an onsite, entry-level position ideal for individuals seeking to develop and expand their technical skills in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role offers excellent opportunities for professional growth, hands-on experience with cutting-edge industrial equipment, and the ability to contribute meaningfully to a high-performing maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for the troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and installation of a broad variety of electrical and mechanical systems including CNC machines, robotic welding equipment, cranes, hoists, and automation systems. You will respond swiftly to maintenance work orders and emergency facility issues, ensuring minimal downtime and supporting operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
Compensation and Sign-On Bonus The pay range for this position is $27.00 to $34.00 per hour, dependent on experience and qualifications. A sign-on bonus of $1,200 is available to eligible new hires, providing additional incentive to join our team. Qualifications and Knowledge:
