Responsibilities
The Clinical Supervisor oversees the supervision and development of clinical team members of Newport Healthcare's adolescent and young adult programs. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for supervising clinical team members (bachelor's and master's level) and providing the necessary support for ongoing development, training, and supervision. The Clinical Supervisor is also responsible for the ongoing development and management of the practicum/internship opportunities offered to students. This will include interviewing, hiring, and training clinical staff. Responsibilities include weekly individual and group supervision, assessing skills and creating individualized development plans, and observing and providing feedback on clinical assessments, sessions, and groups. Additional responsibilities include clinical compliance and auditing, facilitating therapy groups and carrying a caseload of clients and/or families. The Clinical Supervisor will be expected to be trained in both individual and family therapy. Essential Duties:
