Skills Genpact LLC seeks Developer-EPM Applications (multiple positions) in Plano, TX to drive dimensionality, hierarchies, and properties of HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) applications. Perform reconciliations between HFM and source system for financial statement like Trial Balance. Accomplish reporting using Hyperion Financial Reporting and Smart View. Drive custom dimension requirements and set up mappings between old COA (Chart of Accounts) and new COA and work with FDM (Finance Data Quality Management) team and validate output of converted data as per mapping. Help HFM team to setup key HFM functionalities during design and build phase and support work outs and user acceptance testing. Understand business requirements for setting up financial statements (like Cash flow, Roll Forwards, etc.) in HFM and point out gaps in terms of fit of requirements in HFM application. Handle data queries of users on HFM data and put up rational behind HFM data. Leverage best practices and work on constant support and continuous improvement.
Education Position requires a Bachelors degree, or foreign degree equivalent, in Finance, Engineering (all), Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, Business Management, Management, or related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered, a related financial accounting systems or related business process position, or related occupation. Any combination of education and experience as equivalent to a U.S. Bachelors degree as determined by a recognized credential evaluation service is also acceptable. Foreign degree equivalents are acceptable. Position headquartered in Plano, TX with placement at project sites nationally within the United States with no additional travel required. $141,336 to $148,402 per year.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $141,336 to $148,402. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicants experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
