The Opportunity: UCF is seeking a Director, Athletics Compliance to support and strengthen the university's commitment to integrity and excellence in intercollegiate athletics. Reporting to the Associate Athletics Director for Compliance, this role serves as a key leader within the Athletics Compliance Office, helping to oversee day-to-day compliance operations and ensuring adherence to NCAA, conference, and university rules and regulations. The Director partners closely with coaches, athletics staff, student-athletes, and campus stakeholders to provide clear guidance, education, and support on complex compliance matters. This position plays a critical role in fostering accountability and collaboration while helping programs operate successfully within a highly regulated environment. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a compliance professional who can both manage people and programs while staying engaged in the day-to-day work. The Director will help supervise and develop team members, support ongoing compliance initiatives, and contribute to the continued evolution of UCF's compliance operations. Candidates who bring strong NCAA Division I experience, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and excel at building relationships across various stakeholder groups will find this role especially rewarding. Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree in an appropriate area of specialization and 2+ years of relevant experience; or a bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization and 4+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219(6). Preferred Qualifications:
