We're looking for a Patient Registration Representative to join a respected and well-established health system in Santa Rosa. What You'll Do As a Patient Registration Representative, you'll be one of the first points of contact for patients and visitors. In this role, you will: * Greet and check in patients in a friendly, professional manner * Register patients and accurately enter demographic information * Verify patient and visitor identity using required documentation (e.g., photo ID) * Confirm insurance coverage and eligibility * Determine whether patients can self-pay or may need financial assistance * Explain consent forms and guide patients through required paperwork * Provide admissions documents and support throughout the process * Answer incoming calls and assist with general inquiries What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who is detail-oriented, compassionate, and able to handle a busy environment with confidence. * Strong communication and customer service skills * High attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively * Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative attitude * Ability to work independently when needed Schedule & Work Environment * Alternate Work Schedule (AWS): 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts * Hours: 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM * Days: To be determined (most likely Monday-Thursday) Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Santa Rosa, CA.
