Position: Director of AI Development Location: Omaha, NE Work environment: 2-3 days a week onsite (hybrid) Duration: Direct Placement Description * Director opportunity to lead a newly formed AI Development POD supporting large-scale transformation initiatives within the global payments industry. * This role offers the unique opportunity to build and lead a high-impact engineering organization responsible for delivering end-to-end product capabilities-from architecture and development through deployment and modernization. The Director will oversee a team of 14 professionals * Delivering scalable, cloud-native, AI-enabled applications * Embedding AI-assisted software development practices to improve engineering productivity and innovation * Establishing engineering excellence across modern Java-based platforms and cloud environments Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Elkhorn, NE.
