Job Duty 1 Title: Curriculum Development & Program Planning Percentage: 40% Essential: Yes Description: *Develop and design summer camp curriculum aligned with Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS) *Create lesson plans, instructional materials, and program content *Build and maintain camp binders for all programs *Ensure curriculum quality, consistency, and alignment with program goals *Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance program offerings Standards of Performance: *Curriculum completed on time and aligned with NGSS *Lesson plans are clear, accurate, and effective *Camp binders are complete and organized *Positive feedback from supervisor and program staff Job Duty 2 Title: Summer Program Coordination & Logistics Percentage: 30% Essential: Yes Description: *Coordinate summer program logistics, schedules, and timelines *Create and manage calendar invitations for all programs *Coordinate travel logistics for camps and off-site programming *Support implementation of program operations Standards of Performance: *Logistics executed accurately and on time *Schedules and communications are clear and effective *Travel coordination completed successfully *Programs operate smoothly Job Duty 3 Title: Marketing, Communications & Outreach Percentage: 20% Essential: Yes Description: *Develop flyers, TV advertisements, and print/digital promotional materials *Build and implement a year-round summer camp communication campaign *Support outreach and enrollment efforts *Collaborate on program promotion strategies Standards of Performance: *Materials are accurate, professional, and timely *Communication campaigns are implemented effectively *Increased engagement and participation *Positive feedback on communications Job Duty 4 Title: Committee Leadership & Administrative Support Percentage: 10% Essential: Yes Description: *Lead and facilitate weekly Summer Camp Committee meetings *Develop agendas and track action items *Act as Residential Coordinator for the Engineering Summer Academy *Provide administrative support for summer programs and enrollment initiatives Standards of Performance: *Meetings are organized and productive *Tasks are completed accurately and on time *Effective coordination of residential components *Positive feedback from team and supervisor Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications
