ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
JOB QUALIFACTIONS REQUIREMENTS: A college degree preferably in the field of human resources or a related field. Should also have at least on year experience in the field of human resources. SPECIAL SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS: Computer literate. MAJOR PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS: The employee is required to regularly spend time on the manufacturing plant floor with prolonged standing, walking and exposure to typical production environment (Noise, PPE Use and Occasional Lifting. Visual activity for reading documents, computer screens, and office machines is also required. WORKING CONDITIONS: Normally works in an office environment. Exposed to factory fumes, noise, etc... upon occasion. Behaviors
