Summary: Administers and coordinates the activities involving department technical information and ensures the efficient control and availability of technical information for the Operations Division facilities. Posting Period: 6/23/2026 - 7/7/2026 Location: Chelsea, MA Salary: $81,880.91 - $110,707.99 Annually; $1,574.63 - $2,129.00 Weekly Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm Key Responsibilities

Knowledge and Abilities
Tools and Equipment Used Office machines as normally associated with the use of telephone, personal computer including word processing and other software, email, videoconferencing, copy, scan and fax machine. Work Environment The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in an office environment, with occasional site visits to the Walpole Records Center. The noise level in the work environment is moderately quiet. Supervision Received and Exercised Works under the general supervision of the Sr. Program Manager (DISC) or Program Manager (Capital Engineering). Based on assignment, may supervise other administrative staff or an intern.
