(Qualifications & Requirements):



  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • 1+ years of experience in IT Support, IT Administration, Help Desk, Desktop Support, or Systems Administration
  • ITIL Foundation certification preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, and Windows environments
  • Experience supporting IT infrastructure, end-user devices, and business applications
  • Knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) processes, incident management, and ticketing systems
  • Experience with IT projects involving software implementation, hardware deployment, or system upgrades
  • Familiarity with Fortinet, Cisco Meraki, or CCNA-level networking concepts preferred
  • Experience with Power Automate, workflow automation, or digital transformation tools is a plus
  • Excellent troubleshooting, customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment


(Responsibilities & Job Duties):



  • Provide end-user IT support by troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and system issues.
  • Manage and resolve service requests, incidents, and support tickets through ITSM platforms.
  • Support Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and related collaboration tools.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for hardware installations, maintenance, and IT equipment management.
  • Assist with employee onboarding, offboarding, workstation setup, and asset tracking.
  • Deliver second-level technical support to global and remote users while meeting established SLA requirements.
  • Monitor IT performance metrics, service requests, and incident trends to improve service delivery.
  • Maintain software licenses, maintenance agreements, and compliance documentation.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives by implementing technology improvements and automating manual processes.
  • Conduct user training and promote adoption of new technologies and business systems.
