DSV - Global transport and logistics Location: USA - VIRTUAL - US New York Division:Group Business Integration Manager - Manage the business part of EDI implementation for Global Accounts In this role, you will work where execution meets impact-optimizing critical processes and ensuring that our technical integrations support both customer expectations and operational performance. You will help define the right setup for our colleagues and ensure that solutions are built to work in reality-enabling consistent service delivery and supporting the ongoing success of our customers. This is a position where your work directly influences how we operate-and how we deliver. Become one of our catalysts for change. In this role, you will work closely with global stakeholders and play an active part in strengthening and developing our customer solutions together with IT and commercial teams. You will be part of a global setup with engaged and driven colleagues, where collaboration across regions is key to delivering consistent results. As a core member of the team, you will ensure that customer solutions are set up right-from the start. This means not only meeting customer requirements but also ensuring that our operations can execute with clarity, efficiency, and scalability. Your focus will be on building solutions that work in practices supporting both customers and operations, and enabling consistent, high-quality delivery across DSV. Deliver road map initiatives and scalable Business Integrations Join DSV as a Business Integration Manager and take ownership of complex, business-critical integration projects. You will work across regions, engaging directly with global stakeholders and key customers to ensure alignment and clear execution. You will represent global interests and drive integrations with close coordination between local and regional teams to support this. Together with IT, you will ensure that our integration solutions are scalable, fit-for-purpose, and support our customers' future setup with DSV. This is a role with full accountability, owning your deliveries, pushing projects forward, and contributing actively to our enterprise agenda. For this position, the expected base pay range is $90,000-$115,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
