Job Category ProductJob Details About Salesforce Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword - it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all. Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce. About the Team The Data Programs & Insights team sits at the heart of Salesforce's product data strategy, owning the operational and governance frameworks that power executive-level financial reporting across our entire product suite. Our team is the authoritative source for the product components of the company Accountability Performance Matrix (APM), the backbone of Salesforce's pipeline, ACV, AOV, and attrition reporting used in every executive review, product strategy discussion, and financial planning cycle. When senior leadership needs to understand how the business is performing, they rely on the data frameworks our team owns and maintains. Salesforce is currently undergoing a major data transformation: modernizing our data foundations to improve data quality, simplify revenue operations processes, rethink how we measure success, and make data available in near real-time across the company. Throughout this scope of work, we serve as the bridge between Product Strategy and Data Engineering - turning complex business needs into scalable data systems while overseeing governance of core product data across the organization. This is a team for people who thrive at the intersection of analytical rigor, operational excellence, and cross-functional influence. Our team has direct visibility into decisions that shape Salesforce's long-term data strategy and a hand in building the future state of how we operate. Overview of the Role We are looking for an operationally minded, analytical Senior Manager, Data Operations & Governance to lead a function focused on APM Governance. This is a high-impact role sitting at the crossroads of Product Strategy, Data Engineering, Specialized Sales, and Finance. You'll be responsible for the accuracy, day-to-day operations, and long-term governance of Salesforce's master product hierarchy and product allocations framework within the Accountability Performance Matrix (APM). The APM is not background infrastructure - it powers every executive financial review, product strategy discussion, and revenue tracking conversation at Salesforce. As our product portfolio grows and commercial complexity increases, scaling this function has become a strategic priority, and this Senior Manager will be the operational leader driving that work forward. You'll also serve as a key partner to our Data Engineering & Technology (DET) team as we move from a legacy manual system to the automated APM 2.0 framework - an infrastructure upgrade with company-wide impact.
