Inova Heart and Vascular Retail Pharmacy is seeking a dedicated Customer Experience Associate to join the team. This role will be full-time evening shifts; Wednesday - Sunday.

Customer Service Associate Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensures that all prescriptions in the Ready to Dispense work que are filled in no more than 14 days.
  • Pulls any prescriptions in pick-up bin after 14 days and gives to pharmacist for return to stock.
  • Completes intake forms and collects pertinent data from patients at drop-off including correct spelling of name, date of birth, allergies, and insurance information.
  • Completes cash register transactions and appropriately balances register.
  • Ensures privacy of patient information by following HIPPA guidelines and laws.
  • Complete daily and monthly deposit reports.
  • Checks inventory for out-of-date products and removes expired products while maintaining an organized and up to date inventory.
  • Orders and receives front-end inventory stock while maintaining inventory accuracy.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: High School or GED.

  • Experience: One (1) customer service experience.
