This role is responsible for fabricating and welding filtration equipment, piping systems, and structural components while maintaining high-quality workmanship and safety standards. The ideal candidate brings strong technical welding experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Why You'll Love Working Here Collaborative and team-oriented work environment Opportunity to expand your skills and gain hands-on manufacturing experience Strong emphasis on workplace safety and quality standards Career growth potential with opportunities for long-term employment Be part of a culture that values accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence What You'll Do Fabricate and weld filtration equipment, piping systems, and structural assemblies according to specifications Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders Apply AWS welding symbols and standards throughout fabrication and welding processes Select proper wire, shielding gases, wire feed speeds, and voltage settings to achieve optimal weld quality Complete production reports, work orders, and documentation accurately and on time Identify and resolve discrepancies involving drawings, routings, bills of materials, and engineering updates Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Support team initiatives and assist with training on product-specific procedures when needed Job Requirements Qualifications 2 years of welding and fabrication experience required Strong knowledge of American Welding Society (AWS) welding symbols and codes Experience with GMAW and FCAW welding processes required Successful completion of AWS 1G Unlimited Thickness certification or ASTM Section 9 certification preferred Experience using cutting torches, stud welders, and overhead cranes Ability to solve fabrication issues independently and work with a strong sense of urgency Computer skills are preferred Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment Additional Details Potential for full-time conversion Opportunity for assignment extension Monday-Friday schedule with consistent full-time hours After you apply, you may receive a call or message from our AI Talent Scout about this role or other opportunities that match your skills and preferences.
