  • Travailler avec les clients et les utilisateurs finaux pour fournir un soutien technique et de l'aide pour tout probleme de logiciel et de materiel?
  • Gerer l'acces des nouveaux utilisateurs et controler l'acces des clients?
  • Fournir un soutien technique a d'autres specialistes en technologie Maximus?
  • Surveiller les rapports de controle pour analyser et reperer les problemes en cours
  • Toutes autres taches connexes.

Profil recherche

  • Diplome d'etude en Electronique, en Technologie de la telecommunication ou autre domaine connexe
  • 2 ans d'experience dans un poste similaire
  • Bilinguisme (francais et anglais) au parler et a l'ecrit
  • Espagnol (un atout)
  • Connaissance approfondie du hardware et des logiciels
  • Capacite a etablir rapidement de bonnes relations de travail avec les clients?
  • Connaissance de base en electronique
  • Familiariser avec le systeme de ticket de service et plainte ZENDESK
  • Sens aigu du service a la clientele?
  • Capacite de bien travailler avec les gens?
  • Solides competences de communication?
  • Excellentes competences organisationnelles.

Summary

  • Work with customers and end users to provide technical support and assistance with any software and hardware issues
  • Manage new user access and control customer access
  • Provide technical support to other Maximus technology specialists
  • Monitor monitoring reports to analyze and identify ongoing issues
  • All other related duties.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Electronics or Telecommunication Technology
  • Two years of experience in a similar position
  • Bilingualism (French and English) in speaking and writing
  • Spanish (a plus)
  • In-depth knowledge of hardware and software
  • Ability to quickly establish good working relationships with customers
  • Basic knowledge of electronics
  • Familiarity with the ZENDESK service ticket and complaint system
  • Strong sense of customer service
  • Ability to work well with people
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills.
