AESC is looking to add a Sr. Field Electric Engineer - GID to our team in Murfreesboro, TN.

AESC's Tennessee gigafactory in Smyrna, which has been operational and supplying electric vehicle batteries for the Nissan LEAF since 2012, was retooled in 2025 and now produces batteries for Energy Storage Systems. The South Carolina gigafactory in Florence will supply next generation cells for BMW starting in 2026. About the RoleAs a Sr. Field Electric Engineer within the Global Industrial Development (GID) team, you will play a key role in designing and optimizing electrical systems for our world-class battery manufacturing facilities. You will be responsible for delivering innovative, efficient, and sustainable electrical designs while ensuring compliance with industry codes and standards. Your technical expertise and leadership will drive the success of complex, high-performance projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality design and seamless execution. This role requires a deep understanding of electrical systems in manufacturing environments and a commitment to advancing energy sustainability.
