Overview: The Director of Program Management will own and drive key initiatives across the CoE, with a primary focus on leveraging data and analytics to inform strategy, drive decision-making, and accelerate the execution of critical projects. This role will ensure that data-driven insights, dashboards, and analytics are at the forefront of the CoE's decision-making processes, enabling better outcomes across the organization. Their primary focus will be executing against the objectives laid out in the Solution Engineering CoE V2MOM, including support of the global Solutions Engineering G4G process as well as global Solution Engineering High Performance Culture rollout & execution. The Director will partner with Solutions Executives, Product Executives, and other key stakeholders across Salesforce to develop and execute strategies that align with organizational goals. In this capacity, the Director will lead cross-functional initiatives to improve operational effectiveness, align teams, and drive performance at scale. The role will also be responsible for creating dashboards and reporting tools that track progress, measure success, and identify opportunities for optimization. Key Responsibilities:

At Salesforce, we believe in equitable compensation practices that reflect the dynamic nature of labor markets across various regions. The typical base salary range for this position is $171,200 - $273,000 annually. In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the base salary range for this role is $205,800 - $298,400 annually. The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable. | |
