Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
*Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct physical inventory counts, and perform data entry in ERP systems to ensure high inventory accuracy.
*Supplier Coordination: Liaise with vendors and purchasing teams to expedite deliveries, resolve discrepancies, and ensure materials arrive on schedule.
*Material Planning: Generate material requirement planning (MRP) reports to forecast raw material needs based on production demands.
*Receiving and Warehousing: Oversee the receipt, inspection, and proper storage of incoming goods.

Required Qualifications & Skills
*Education: A high school diploma
*Experience: 2-5 years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, or procurement, ideally in a manufacturing setting.
*Background in administrative tasks or inventory
*Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office
*Soft Skills: Strong organizational, and communication skills to resolve supply chain bottlenecks quickly.
