Lift Spotter (Entry-Level Technician) Location: Clarksville, TN Position Summary We are currently seeking dependable and safety-minded Lift Spotters / Entry-Level Technicians to support construction operations within a large-scale manufacturing environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring a safe and efficient workspace by assisting technicians working in aerial lifts and maintaining proper safety controls. The ideal candidate is reliable, attentive to detail, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-activity environment with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities * Monitor and maintain safe working zones around active lifts, including barrier placement and awareness of surrounding activity * Serve as a spotter for lift operators, promoting safe movement and positioning * Provide general support to technicians, including retrieving tools, materials, and supplies * Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work area * Follow all company, site, and OSHA safety guidelines * Collaborate effectively with multiple trades in a shared workspace Work Environment * Large manufacturing or industrial facility * Fast-paced setting with multiple trades operating simultaneously * Requires strong awareness and ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment Qualifications * Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply; prior industrial or construction experience is a plus * Ability to work independently with limited supervision * Strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance * Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential * Ability to remain focused and productive in a busy environment * Physical ability to perform tasks such as standing, walking, and handling materials as needed What We Offer * Opportunity to build experience in a large-scale manufacturing environment * Exposure to skilled trades and potential for career growth * Supportive team-oriented work environment Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Clarksville, TN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
