We are looking for a Sales Development Manager in the Gulf Region to join Temperature+System Products, USA to work with a dynamic team and deliver world-class temperature products.Endress+Hauser Temperature+System Products is one of the leading global suppliers of temperature measurement, temperature-engineered solutions and system products. Which tasks will you perform? You will:
- Proactively generate and execute plans and initiatives to expand new and current customer base within the industry
- Collaborate with marketing and sales colleagues on identifying and aligning activities with our sales centers, channel partners and representatives ensuring development aligns with stakeholder strategies
- Establish milestones and performance indicators to ensure strategies and initiatives are beneficial and value added for all stakeholders.
- Creation of sales orientation and plans to increase customer expansion and penetration
- Qualify and approach prospective customers
- Assist with negotiation of commercial and pricing terms with sales centers, channel partners, OEMs and other partners ensuring growth in industries
- Assist with technical product and industry training

Education+Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field
- 5 years of related experience in process instrumentation/automation sales
OR
- A combination of equivalent education and experience
