Location: Alpharetta, GA (On-site 4 days/week, Remote 1 day/week)

Pay: $35-$40/hour

We are seeking a highly organized Executive Operations Assistant to provide critical administrative and operational support to a fast-paced leadership team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys managing competing priorities, and takes initiative to anticipate needs before they arise.


Executive Operations Assistant Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and resolve scheduling conflicts across multiple teams.
  • Organize appointments, meetings, and daily priorities to support leadership effectiveness.
  • Coordinate internal meetings, off-site events, team activities, and business initiatives.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and logistics.
  • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, presentations, and follow-up communications.
  • Track projects, deadlines, and deliverables to help ensure timely completion.
  • Act as a key communication point between executives, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Support day-to-day business operations by managing administrative tasks and identifying opportunities for improved efficiency.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.



Executive Operations Assistant Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting executive leadership, business operations, project coordination, or office management.
  • Strong experience with calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
  • Background coordinating events, corporate meetings, or team activities preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a service-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and standard business tools.
  • Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and maintain confidentiality.
