| Position Summary |
The Course Evaluation Coordinator will join a dynamic, collaborative team of analysts, data scientists, and data warehouse professionals supporting decision-making and business process improvement at the University of Georgia through advanced reporting, data visualization, and analytics.
The Course Evaluation Coordinator will develop expertise in the university's central course evaluation system and lead recurring reporting efforts each academic term. The position will also support Office of Instruction initiatives through dashboard development and report maintenance. This position requires strong critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills, along with the ability to interpret, use, and communicate data effectively to a variety of audiences. The Course Evaluation Coordinator will practice responsible data stewardship in accordance with UGA's data governance framework and contribute to the Office of Institutional Research's data literacy efforts |

Course Evaluation Reporting
- Coordinate recurring reporting processes for the university's central course evaluation system
- Prepare, compile, validate, and distribute course evaluation dashboards and reports each academic term
- Collaborate closely with the Registrar's Office and other campus partners to support course evaluation operations
- Incorporate stakeholder feedback to refine reports, dashboards, and processes on an ongoing basis
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of course evaluation data and reporting outputs
