Key Job Responsibilities: The Executive Assistantjoins ahigh-functioning, collaborativeteam that works on projects with impact acrossthe university. The position is a highly confidential position that requiresa high levelof attention to detail, a need forstrongtechnologicalproficiency,andexperiencewith project management and/or personnelmanagement/ policy.The university relies heavily on positive interactions with the provost's office, thereforeanindividual who is committed to service excellence and promotinganinclusive environment is essential for this role.The position reports to the Associate Provostand alsotakes direction fromthe Executive Assistant II and the Provost.
