Job Description

Step into a role where your craftsmanship and precision are celebrated! As a Sheet Metal Worker at nVent Management Company, you will be instrumental in crafting flawless, world-class metal products for modular buildings and equipment enclosures. Our collaborative and ambitious team ensures that we successfully implement innovative solutions that set industry standards.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Complete detailed directions to handle, position, and fit metal products both on the shop floor and outdoors.
  • Independently provide assembly assistance at any sequence level with limited supervision.
  • Accurately position metal products based on unit knowledge or detailed drawings.
  • Apply basic construction principles to ensure products are square, level, and plumb.
  • Secure metal products using bolts, screws, clips, rivets, or other fasteners with precision.
  • Assist in the repair and rework of items as directed before shipment.
  • Contribute to a workplace environment that promotes pride, customer focus, and individual responsibility.
Education/ Experience:

High school diploma or GED, plus one to three months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Schedule:

6:00am - 4:30pm Monday thru Thursday, with up to 10 hours on Fridays.
