Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant-Cloud ERP & ERP Systems

Skills Headstrong Services LLC seeks Principal Consultant-Cloud ERP & ERP Systems (multiple positions) in Plano, TX to be responsible for project management and implementation of a portfolio corporate back office systems including Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle Procurement, Supply Chain Cloud, and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence with support from a global team of consultants. Manage incident activities pertaining to the portfolio of corporate back office applications for our clients, including any initial impact analysis and/or troubleshooting activities. Manage and lead project team and coordinate efforts with client team, serving as single point of contact. Submit weekly status metrics to client and Genpact management team for ongoing issue resolutions and resolved issues. Participate in Business Analysis, Functional Design, Data Quality, and Testing activities for any new enhancements. Responsible for planning and delivery of enhancements, extensions, and interfaces. Estimate efforts for any new enhancements or extensions and plan and allocate resources accordingly. Primary support for all Oracle Fusion Financials Modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Purchase Order, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Tax) along with BI Publisher, BI Analysis, Smart View, and FR Studio reports tools. Assist Oracle Financials users with basic training, answers to queries, information on standards and procedures, and optimum use of available functionalities within the system.

Education Position requires a Bachelors degree in an Engineering (all), Accounting, Finance, or related field and six (6) years of progressively responsible post-Bachelors experience in the job offered, a related financial accounting systems or related business process position, or related occupation. Foreign degree equivalents are acceptable. Position headquartered in Plano, TX with placement at project sites nationally within the United States with no additional travel required. $119,330 to $125,296 per year.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $119,330 to $125,296. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicants experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
