We're seeking an ambitious Outside Sales Representative to develop new business within an assigned territory. This is a true business development role focused on prospecting, relationship-building, and helping businesses find solutions that improve their operations. Daily Responsibilities:


  • Prospect daily through phone calls, networking, referrals, and in-person visits
  • Develop relationships with business owners and decision-makers
  • Identify customer needs and present customized service solutions
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate agreements, and close new business
  • Manage your sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new customers
  • Build and grow a successful territory through consistent activity and follow-up


What We're Looking For


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 3+ years of outside sales, B2B sales, or business development experience preferred
  • Proven ability to generate your own leads and close new business
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative sales team
  • Experience using CRM software is a plus
