Here's what we're looking for.

Requirements:



  • 3+ years of IT management or similar leadership experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
  • Hands-on experience managing ERP systems (Jobscope, Infor, Microsoft Dynamics, Epicor, or similar)
  • Experience with ERP implementations, upgrades, and system integrations preferred
  • Knowledge of AI technologies, including Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, machine learning platforms, and AI-enabled business applications
  • Experience evaluating, implementing, or managing AI solutions in a business environment strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, data governance, and business continuity planning
  • Proficiency with IT budgeting, vendor management, and project management
  • Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel up to 15% and lift up to 25 lbs as needed


Job Duties:



  • Oversee daily IT operations, infrastructure, systems, and technical support
  • Manage and optimize the company's ERP system, including user support, upgrades, configurations, and integrations
  • Develop production-focused technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and business performance
  • Evaluate, implement, and support AI tools and technologies to automate processes and drive business value
  • Serve as the organization's subject matter expert for AI technologies and educate employees on best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology improvements and implement strategic IT initiatives
  • Manage cybersecurity, data privacy, and business continuity programs to protect company systems and information
  • Develop and maintain IT policies, including cybersecurity, AI usage, mobile device management, and disaster recovery procedures
  • Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and technology projects to support business goals
  • Coach and develop IT staff while supporting ERP administration and AI capabilities
  • Ensure HIPAA security compliance for the company's group health plan and maintain required documentation and risk assessments
  • Monitor emerging technologies and recommend solutions that support company growth and competitive advantage
