Description
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives designed to promote the property, increase guest engagement, and drive revenue. This position works closely with internal departments, vendors, and community partners to ensure successful implementation of marketing programs, promotions, events, and advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities:
|
- Assist with the development, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, special events, and player development programs.
- Coordinate advertising schedules and ensure marketing materials are distributed accurately and on time.
- Maintain marketing calendars, promotional schedules, and event timelines.
- Work with vendors, media partners, and internal departments to support marketing initiatives and special events.
- Create, proofread, and distribute marketing communications, including email campaigns, digital signage, social media content, and promotional materials.
- Ensure all marketing materials comply with company standards, brand guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate promotional giveaways, drawings, and events, including setup, logistics, and follow-up reporting.
- Assist in tracking and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Maintain accurate records of marketing expenditures, invoices, and budgets assigned.
- Support Player's Club and guest loyalty initiatives through effective communication and promotional execution.
- Represent the property at community events, trade shows, and sponsorship activities as needed.
- Assist with website content updates and social media engagement.
- Collaborate with Operations, Food & Beverage, Gaming, and other departments to maximize promotional effectiveness and guest satisfaction.
- Respond to guest inquiries related to promotions, events, and marketing programs.
- Maintain confidentiality of guests and company information.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager or Director.

- Ability to work in a casino environment with exposure to noise, crowds, and varying temperatures.

Preferred Education and Experience:
|
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Experience in marketing, promotions, hospitality, gaming, or related experience preferred.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain required gaming license.
- Must be available to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Experience
Experience in marketing, promotions, hospitality, gaming, or related experience preferred. (preferred)
