Overview The Test Facilities Operation, Maintenance and Engineering (TFOME) team at the NASA Glenn Research Center provides engineering and technical services in the areas of aeropropulsion and space propulsion and power test facilities. TFOME management is dedicated to excellence in service and to providing outstanding technical opportunities for our employees. We specialize in providing unique products and services to NASA Glenn. We are currently seeking a Project Administrator candidate to work 30 hours per week. Function: Support the TFOME Contract and the Facilities, Test and Center Operations Directorate (Code F) at NASA GRC Lewis Field and the Armstrong Test Facility (Code H) by providing oversite of Maximo and performing other duties as assigned to support the TFOME contract. Prepares Maximo and/or maintenance reports related to employees, testing, and programs. Maximo Administrator for ATF and LF (as needed). Assist TFOME Program Management Office as needed. Responsibilities 1. Support creation of training documents for system users. Qualifications 1. This position requires an Associate degree in Business Administration or related field and a minimum of 3 years of project administrative experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills may be acquired. | |||||||||||||
