Program Manager - HR Transformation (Risk Consulting / Financial Services)

RSM is seeking a Program Manager to support HR transformation initiatives within our Risk Consulting practice, aligned to Financial Services client engagements. This role will primarily support delivery of the E360 program, partnering across internal and client stakeholders to drive program execution, governance, and alignment.

The Program Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, Technology, Data, and business stakeholders, to support coordination across workstreams, maintain visibility into program progress, and help drive accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Support program governance processes and help maintain alignment across multiple internal and client-facing workstreams
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and key dependencies to support successful delivery
  • Track and document risks, issues, and key decisions; escalate as appropriate
  • Coordinate Agile delivery activities across project teams and stakeholders
  • Prepare and deliver regular status updates and reporting for both internal leadership and client stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting program or project management efforts within large, complex initiatives, preferably within financial services or consulting environments
  • Familiarity with project governance frameworks and Agile methodologies
  • Ability to effectively coordinate across cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including client teams
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

At RSM, an employee's pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $44 - $66 per hour
