Post-Doctoral Associate

Post-doctoral Associate positions will become available in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities during the current fiscal year to conduct grant supported research in all areas of electrical and computer engineering and related disciplines. Starting dates, salary, and term of appointment will vary according to the time and duration of grants and contracts. Appointments may range from part-time to full-time.

Qualified candidates must have a PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field.

The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering is one of the largest departments within the College of Science and Engineering. Current research areas include Biomedical and Biological Computation Methods; Devices and Systems; Communications, Signal Processing, and Networking; Computer Engineering, VLSI, and Circuits; Fields, Photonics, and Magnetics; Micro and Nano Structures; Sustainable Energy Systems, Power Electronics and Drives; Systems and Controls. Pay Range: $62,232 - $72,232 per year; depending on education/qualifications/experience
