Warehouse Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and accurately document incoming shipments
• Package, label, and prepare products for shipment
• Load, unload, and move products throughout the warehouse efficiently and safely
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
• Support stockroom operations, including organizing inventory, preparing production kits, organizing incoming stock, and performing cycle counts
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with safety regulations
• Assist in other warehouse tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations

Required Skills:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse environment
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (preferred)
• Basic math and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documenting shipments
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

Desired Skills:

• Experience with inventory management systems or warehouse software
• Strong communication skills
• Problem-solving abilities and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of safety procedures and OSHA compliance

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods

Compensation Information

Base Hourly Range: $20.00-$25.00

Please note, this is the expected compensation however, ESCO Maritime Solutions considers many factors in determining compensation prior to office, such as: responsibilities and scope of role, candidate's work experience and education related to position, applicable certifications or trainings, business and market conditions.
