Our manufacturing facilities are in MN, IA, WI, IN, OR and Canada.

Why we need you.

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Associate to join our team in Eden Prairie, MN and help power our customer experience and operational excellence. In this role, you'll be at the center of order execution, customer communication, and internal coordination-ensuring that every order is processed accurately and every customer interaction is handled with care. Your work will directly impact how we deliver on our commitments, maintain strong customer relationships, and streamline processes across teams. This is a critical position that helps keep our sales operations running smoothly while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Who you'll be working with.

You'll collaborate closely with the Sales Manager and partner across a wide range of teams, including operations, quality, finance, and logistics. You'll also act as a key liaison between customers, mills, and internal stakeholders-coordinating shipments, resolving issues, and ensuring clear communication at every step. This role offers frequent interaction with both internal teams and external partners, making you an essential connector who helps align priorities and deliver a seamless customer experience.

Top Responsibilities



  • Manage day-to-day customer orders via phone, email, and EDI systems
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders, shipments, invoicing, and service issues
  • Coordinate order fulfillment with customers, mills, and internal teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Verify order details including pricing, delivery dates, and product specifications
  • Communicate shipment timelines, updates, and delays to customers and stakeholders
  • Resolve complaints, deductions, and service concerns in partnership with cross-functional teams
  • Maintain accurate customer records, contracts, and order documentation in business systems
  • Support operational improvements by documenting processes and identifying efficiencies


Qualifications



  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Basic accounting and numerical proficiency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills with sound independent judgment
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with customers and internal teams
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to support team needs and adapt to changing priorities
