As the Senior Manager, Dispute Resolution & Cash Application, you'll take ownership of the daytoday operations for dispute resolution and cash application, serving as the goto expert in this space. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring customer payments are applied accurately, resolving disputes efficiently, and directly improving cash flow performance.

You'll report to the Global Delivery Leader, giving you strong visibility into strategic priorities, while partnering closely with the Transformation Lead. Together, you'll have the opportunity to modernize processes by leveraging systems, automation, and AI-driving meaningful, sustainable improvements and shaping the future of how this function operates.
