Cleveland-Cliffs is seeking an experienced, driven, and highly organized Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team in West Chester, Ohio. In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruiting for operations and corporate staff positions while partnering with hiring managers and HR teams to attract, hire, and onboard top talent.

This position combines hands-on recruiting with recruiting administration, including sourcing, interviewing, offer coordination, system management, and pre-employment activities. You'll have the opportunity to make a direct impact on business growth while delivering an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring teams alike.

Summary of Responsibilities
* Manage full-cycle recruiting for operations and corporate staff positions.
* Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to develop effective recruiting strategies and hiring plans.
* Source and engage qualified talent through networking, referrals, social media, online databases, and proactive outreach.
* Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates through phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
* Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
* Utilize Workday, SmashFly CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting tools to identify, track, and engage candidates.
* Prepare and extend employment offers while ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience.
* Coordinate pre-employment activities, including background checks and medical examinations.
* Serve as a brand ambassador by promoting Cleveland-Cliffs at hiring events, career fairs, and community recruiting initiatives.
* Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruiting and onboarding process.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives and other Talent Acquisition projects as needed.
* Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
* Two or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate, agency, or high-volume recruiting environment.
* Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
* Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
* Knowledge of employment laws, OFCCP compliance, and EEO regulations.
* Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Proficiency with recruiting technologies and Microsoft Office applications.
* Ability to work onsite five days per week in West Chester, Ohio.

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience recruiting for a combination of hourly operations, skilled trades, maintenance, production, engineering, and corporate staff positions.
* Recruiting experience within manufacturing, industrial, mining, metals, construction, logistics, energy, or other heavy industry environments.
* Strong sourcing experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, resume databases, social media platforms, employee referrals, and proactive networking techniques.
* Experience recruiting for hard-to-fill, high-volume, or geographically challenging roles.
* Experience developing talent pipelines and passive candidate sourcing strategies.
* Workday Recruiting experience strongly preferred.
* Experience utilizing SmashFly CRM or similar candidate relationship management platforms.
* Familiarity with OFCCP compliance, affirmative action recruiting, and diversity sourcing initiatives.
