Marketing Communications Production Coordinator

You'll Support Meaningful Work By:
  • Coordinating virtual and in-person meetings and events, including leader calls, town halls, and internal broadcasts to ensure seamless execution
  • Partnering with senior leaders and executive assistants to align schedules, clarify goals, and prepare for high-impact communications
  • Managing end-to-end event logistics including agendas, materials, timelines, and run-of-show execution
  • Tracking project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies while proactively following up and escalating risks as needed
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Communications, IT, and Brand Experience to ensure alignment and smooth handoffs
  • Facilitating post-event follow-ups including summaries, action items, and reporting on participation and outcomes
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, standardize workflows, and increase efficiency across meetings and events
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
  • Approximately 2-3 years of experience in a marketing, coordination, or administrative support role
  • Experience coordinating meetings, events, or project logistics in a professional environment
  • Familiarity with calendar management, scheduling, and supporting day-to-day operations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (especially Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Experience supporting leaders, coordinating meetings/events, or working in a fast-paced corporate environment
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
  • Ability to stay composed, adaptable, and solutions-oriented in high-visibility or changing situations
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a willingness to learn
  • Familiarity with project coordination practices and related tools (preferred)
