| Brief Summary of Work for this Position |
The Assistant Coach assists the Head Coach in providing leadership for a
NCAA Division I Men's soccer program. Assists with all aspects of the Men's soccer program and will provide additional assistance and in conjunction with the
UNCW Soccer Staff, Head Strength and Conditioning Coach, and Athletic Trainer. This position must work within
UNCW,
CAA, and
NCAA guidelines to provide student-athletes an exceptional collegiate experience while competing for championships.
- Assists the Head Coach in providing leadership for a NCAA Division 1 Men's Soccer program
- Assist with skill development of players and implement team strategies
- Adhere to and enforce all policies and procedures of the department and university as well as the rules and regulations of the CAA and NCAA
- Assist Athletic Training and Strength and Conditioning staff
- Other duties as assigned

- Master's Degree
- Minimum of ten years experience in the field, including at least 5 years of experience in professional soccer
