Machine Operator Requirements:

• Previous machine operator, manufacturing, production, warehouse, food processing, or pharmaceutical manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience working in an FDA-regulated, food manufacturing, nutraceutical, or pharmaceutical environment is a plus.
• Understanding of Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), SOPs, and workplace safety procedures preferred.
• Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment and follow detailed work instructions.
• Basic computer skills with the ability to accurately enter production data into electronic systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to cross-train across multiple production lines and departments.
• Ability to lift to 50 pounds frequently and perform repetitive bending, kneeling, reaching, lifting, and climbing as needed.
• Ability to work around nutraceutical ingredients, powders, and allergen-related materials.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Machine Operator Job Duties:

• Set up, operate, monitor, and clean production equipment while following all cGMP, SOP, and workplace safety standards.
• Assist with machine setup, changeovers, equipment breakdowns, and sanitation procedures to support efficient production.
• Load materials, hand-pack products, assemble boxes, and perform other manual production tasks as required.
• Operate automated manufacturing equipment and monitor machine performance to ensure product quality and production efficiency.
• Inspect in-process and finished products through visual and physical quality checks to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Prepare, fill, assemble, package, and document products according to batch records, work instructions, and cGMP requirements.
• Accurately enter production data into Redzone and maintain complete, accurate manufacturing records.
• Perform equipment cleaning and washroom procedures while following sanitation and food safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace by following 5S and housekeeping standards.
• Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and comply with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Cross-train in multiple production areas and support other departments as business needs require.
• Work collaboratively with production teams to meet daily production, quality, and efficiency goals.
