The Regional Director of Private Banking is a senior leader responsible for executing the business development, revenue growth, client engagement, and performance strategy for the Private Banking business within an assigned region. This role leads Private Banking Group Managers and their teams, driving consistent execution of sales strategies, client management practices, and risk standards across markets. The Regional Director is accountable for regional performance outcomes, including asset growth, deposit growth, and fee income generation. Under functional guidance from the Senior Director of Private Banking, this role translates business strategy into disciplined regional execution, ensuring alignment across markets while strengthening client relationships and referral networks. The Regional Director may engage as a secondary relationship leader on select high net worth client relationships, supporting business development and retention efforts.Regional Business Performance

What you'll bring: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field Master's Degree or relevant advanced degree Business, Finance, Accounting or related field, preferred 12+ years of progressive experience in private banking, commercial banking, wealth management, or related financial services. 12+ years of demonstrated success in business development, client relationship management, and revenue growth in a banking environment. 10+ years of leadership experience managing managers or senior individual contributors across multiple teams or markets. 10+ years of proven ability to execute sales strategies and drive performance across a defined region or business segment. 10+ years of strong knowledge of credit, risk management, and regulatory requirements in a banking environment.
