Your Responsibilities as a Environmental Project Engineer:

Conduct field-based activities such as site inspections, sample collection, testing, and analysis
Assistwith installing,operating, andmaintainingsoil and groundwater remediation systems
Manage and oversee subcontractors in the field
Assistwith project engineering design
Assistwith writing technical reports, proposals, andpermittingdocuments
Gather, analyze, and interpret data
Input data into template reports
Assistwith project oversight.
Ensure safe work practices on all project work.
Actively develop your own career growth.

What we're looking for:

BS in Environmental Engineering
EIT certification is a plus
40-hour HAZWOPER certification is preferred, or ability to obtain certification at start of employment
Awareness of and/or experience with environmental remediation including soil, soil gas, and groundwater treatment systems is a plus
Familiarity with the PRP (Petroleum Restoration Program)
2+ years of related experience
Proficiencywith MS Office
Experience with AutoCAD is a plus
Excellent technical communication skills; strong attention to detail; field adeptness
Strongsafety record and understanding of safe work practices
Strong research and analytical skills toidentify, collect, organize, and document information and data.
Valid driver's license,good drivinghistoryand reliable transportation arerequired.
80-90% fieldwork/travelto supportand gain experience ata variety of project sites in Florida.
