ABOUT THE POSITION Title of Position: Member Solutions Specialist Position Overview: As a Member Solutions Specialist, you will support collection efforts within the Member Solutions department while working with members who may be experiencing financial hardship. In this role, you'll communicate with members by phone and in writing, track accounts through all stages of default, and help identify appropriate next steps that support both the member relationship and the financial strength of the credit union. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, service-minded, and comfortable balancing member support, regulatory requirements, and collection processes. You'll play an important role in helping members understand their options, documenting account activity accurately, and partnering with internal and external stakeholders to support effective resolutions. Position Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week). Regular shifts include Monday to Friday 8:30AM - 5:30PM with rotating Saturday shifts . Compensation Range: $20.00/hr. - $25.50/hr. *Hiring rates may be dependent on a number of factors, including years of directly related work experience, education, geographic location or special skills* Location: Position is on-site at 24 McKinley Ave., Endicott, NY What You'll Do:
