We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Systems Engineer to support our San Diego, CA customer. As the Tactical Networks (TN) Requirements Manager, you will establish and maintain the technical solution and system design of the NAVY's most vital communications system. Supporting PEO C4I, PMW 160, you will be responsible for providing technical and programmatic analysis in support of the WAN ad LAN requirements development. Additionally, you will provide strong knowledge of systems engineering and information technology, developing solutions, and implementing enhancements across applications and hardware. The Requirements Manager leads and owns the Requirements Review Board (RQRB), collaborates with program managers, lead system engineers, and configuration managers to ensure adherence to NAVWAR policy. Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $154,000.00-$174,000.00 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems' total compensation package.
