Hexcel is currently seeking a Quality Engineer for our Casa Grande, AZ, USA location. A successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring products and processes meet stringent regulatory, customer, and industry quality standards. They develop and maintain quality procedures aligned with AS9100 requirements, support NADCAP special process compliance (e.g., heat treat, composites, NDT), and drive root cause and corrective action efforts for nonconformances. The role includes conducting audits, analyzing process data, leading risk assessments, and partnering with operations to implement continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product reliability, traceability, and process capability while maintaining strict adherence to aerospace quality and safety requirements.
