Job Summary

The Brand Marketing Specialist supports the execution and optimization of key North American product and campaign marketing initiatives across the full funnel. This role focuses on coordinating and implementing marketing activities to deliver on campaign objectives while building foundational expertise in brand marketing practices within the Motor Company.


Working under general direction, this role partners with internal stakeholders, external partners, and cross-functional teams to support brand-level marketing initiatives, track performance, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.


The Specialist is expected to demonstrate developing capability in strategic thinking, creative judgment, operational execution, and collaboration, while gaining deeper functional expertise.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of brand marketing campaigns across channels to deliver on performance objectives
  • Translate campaign briefs into coordinated actions, ensuring alignment to key messaging, audiences, and timelines
  • Coordinate with marketing channels and creative teams to develop and deploy campaign assets
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Commercial teams to build understanding of offerings, customer insights, and sales trends
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and with external partners to ensure timely and effective campaign execution
  • Analyze campaign performance and contribute insights and reporting to support optimization and future planning

Education Requirements
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
Education Specifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Business Administration, or related area is preferred

Experience Requirements

Required



  • Typically requires 3+ years of relevant professional experience in marketing, brand, or campaign execution
  • Experience supporting marketing campaigns, project coordination, or cross-functional initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines with moderate guidance
  • Working knowledge of marketing processes, tools, and campaign execution practices
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a high tolerance for ambiguity and change
  • Ability to use sound judgement and discretion in dealing with sensitive and/or confidential information matters.


Preferred



  • Experience in motorcycle, automotive, or related industries
  • Familiarity with campaign analytics or marketing performance tools
  • Experience working with creative teams or external agencies
  • Exposure to full-funnel marketing and integrated campaign execution
  • Experience in a matrixed or cross-functional organization

The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
