Position Summary

Reporting to the President of OPW, the Vice President & General Manager, Fluid Transfer Solutions is responsible for leading the global Fluid Transfer business with full accountability for strategy, commercial growth, operational performance, innovation, organizational capability, and overall financial results. As a member of the OPW executive leadership team, this role will drive the long-term strategic direction and day-to-day execution of the business while ensuring alignment with OPW and Dover Corporation enterprise objectives. The Vice President & General Manager will oversee all aspects of the business, including sales, operations, engineering, supply chain, product management, finance, and talent strategy, ensuring the organization is positioned for sustainable growth, operational excellence, and market leadership. This role requires a highly strategic and commercially driven executive capable of scaling global industrial businesses, driving transformation, and fostering a high-performance, customer-centric culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the global Fluid Transfer business with full P&L ownership and accountability for revenue growth, profitability, cash flow, and operational performance;
  • Develop and execute the strategic vision and multi-year growth strategy for the business aligned with OPW and Dover priorities; own and continuously refine a multi-year revenue bridge to scale the business from ~$250M to $400M+ through core growth, adjacency expansion, regional localization, and inorganic initiatives.
  • Drive 'in-region, for-region' operating models, including localized engineering, manufacturing, and commercial capabilities in APAC and EMEA.
  • Drive commercial excellence through strategic account management, channel optimization, pricing strategy, market expansion, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Partner with Engineering and Product Management teams to accelerate innovation, new product development, portfolio optimization, and commercialization initiatives ensuring clear linkage between innovation pipeline, customer needs, and revenue realization.
  • Lead end-to-end integration of acquisitions, including synergy capture, cultural alignment, and platform integration.
  • Lead global operations and supply chain strategy to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) performance while driving productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives utilizing Dover Operational Excellence methodologies, lean principles, Daily Visual Management (DVM), and A3 problem solving.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers, channel partners, suppliers, and industry stakeholders to strengthen market position and customer loyalty.
  • Drive organizational effectiveness through talent development, succession planning, leadership coaching, and workforce capability building.
  • Foster a high-performance culture grounded in accountability, collaboration, innovation, and customer responsiveness.
  • Partner closely with Finance leadership to manage annual operating plans, strategic planning, forecasting, and business performance reviews.
  • Ensure disciplined execution of business priorities while balancing short-term operational needs with long-term strategic investments.
  • Lead and develop a globally dispersed leadership team, ensuring alignment, engagement, and strong execution across regions and functions.
  • Utilize analytics and business insights to drive informed decision-making and operational rigor.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable safety, environmental, regulatory, and corporate governance standards.
  • Represent the business with customers, industry organizations, Dover leadership, and external stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience within a global industrial or manufacturing organization.
  • Proven executive leadership experience managing a global business or business segment with full P&L responsibility.
  • Experience driving portfolio transformation by scaling high-growth adjacency platforms (e.g., thermal management, pharma, energy transition applications) and transitioning the business toward solution-based offerings.
  • Strong commercial and operational leadership background with demonstrated success driving profitable growth and operational excellence.
  • Experience leading cross-functional global teams across sales, operations, engineering, supply chain, and finance.
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing strategic growth initiatives, including new product commercialization and market expansion.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience driving margin improvement, productivity initiatives, and working capital optimization.
  • Experience leading transformation, organizational change, and business integration initiatives.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and strategic planning skills.
  • Ability to travel globally as required.

Work Arrangement : Onsite

Pay Range: $300,000.00 - $360,000.00 annually

This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.

Other Compensation: This position is eligible to earn other compensation in the form of equity, as governed by applicable plan documents and policies.
