Role Summary:
Seeking a senior Full Stack Software Developer to design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise applications and reporting solutions. The role involves building modern web applications, migrating legacy systems, developing reporting solutions, and deploying cloud-based applications while working in an Agile environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design and develop enterprise applications using .NET Core, C#, and React JS.
• Build and maintain REST APIs and backend services.
• Develop frontend applications using React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Design and optimize SQL Server databases.
• Perform Oracle-to-SQL Server data migration.
• Modernize legacy applications into web-based solutions.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and paginated reports.
• Build and support Azure cloud solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues across the application stack.
• Perform unit, integration, and system testing.
• Create technical documentation and solution designs.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Git and DevOps tools.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, infrastructure, and security teams.
• Mentor junior developers.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and backlog refinement.

• Experience with healthcare, public sector, or Texas state agencies.
• Government data migration experience.

Experience in government, healthcare, or other regulated environments, along with Agile delivery and large-scale legacy modernization projects, is highly desirable.
